Rezdy Pricing Explained: Plans, Booking Fees and What Changes as You Grow

From Rezdy's own pricing page — including the fee most summaries get wrong.

Rezdy is one of the longest-established booking platforms for tours and activities, and unlike some competitors it publishes its prices. Even so, summaries of those prices disagree with each other — some describe the booking fee as falling on higher plans, others as applying only to marketplace bookings. Rezdy's own pricing page, last updated in April 2026, says something simpler.

This page works from that source: the three plans, how the fees work, what each plan adds, what it all costs at different volumes, and where Rezdy is the cheaper choice — which, for some businesses, it is.

The three plans

Plan Per month Per online booking Per offline or agent booking
Foundation$493%$1.00
Accelerate$993%$0.85
Expansion$2493%$0.70

Source: rezdy.com/pricing, checked September 2026. The page notes that prices exclude GST in Australia, and third-party listings describe the plans in Australian dollars, so confirm which currency applies to you when you sign up. Rezdy also offers custom plans for high-volume operators, a 15% discount for verified not-for-profits, and a 21-day free trial without a card.

How the fees work

  • 3% on every online booking, on every plan. Upgrading adds features; it does not lower the percentage.
  • A flat fee on offline and agent bookings, which does fall as you move up: $1, $0.85 and $0.70.
  • Absorb it or pass it on. Rezdy's page says operators can choose to absorb the online booking fee or pass it on to guests.

This is where summaries go wrong. Some describe the fee as 2%, 1.9% and 1.75% across the plans; others say direct bookings carry no fee and only marketplace bookings are charged. Rezdy's own pricing page shows 3% per online booking on all three plans. If a figure you have seen elsewhere differs, trust the pricing page and confirm in writing.

The choice to absorb or pass on the fee is worth thinking through rather than defaulting. Passed on, a $60 tour reaches checkout at $61.80 and the fee disappears from your costs. Absorbed, your price stays clean and the fee comes out of your margin. The right answer depends on how your price sits beside other listings: if travellers compare you directly with marketplace listings showing all-in prices, a fee added at the last step can cost more in lost bookings than it saves.

What each plan adds

  • Every plan: online booking engine, unlimited products, users and agent connections, the channel manager, access to Rezdy's marketplace of more than 12,000 agents, promo codes, QR code scanning, pick-ups, free onboarding and a basic website. No contract lock-in.
  • Accelerate adds: gift cards and vouchers, extras and packages, waitlists, advanced booking widgets, automated customer notifications and Xero integration.
  • Expansion adds: advanced reporting, bulk session management, webhooks and the developer API.

Total cost at 50, 200 and 500 bookings

At $60 per booking, with every booking taken online and the fee absorbed rather than passed on, and card processing left out because it applies whichever system you use:

Per month 50 bookings 200 bookings 500 bookings
Foundation$139$409$949
Accelerate$189$459$999
Expansion$339$609$1,149

Two things follow. Because the percentage never changes, the gap between plans is always just the difference in monthly fee: you choose a plan for its features, not for a lower rate. And offline bookings add up. A business taking 200 bookings a month by phone or in person would add $200 a month on Foundation, $170 on Accelerate or $140 on Expansion.

Compare annual totals rather than monthly ones. At 200 online bookings a month, Foundation comes to $4,908 a year. A seasonal business will book far more in some months than others, and the monthly fee runs through the quiet ones too, so work it out from last year's actual bookings month by month rather than from an average.

What changes as you grow

The monthly fee is the number people compare, but it stops being the important one quickly. On Foundation, the 3% fee is about 65% of the total bill at 50 bookings a month, 88% at 200 and 95% at 500. At 500 bookings of $60, the fee alone is $900 a month — more than three and a half times the Expansion subscription. As you grow, you are really choosing a percentage, not a plan.

It follows that price rises carry the fee with them. Put your prices up by 10% and the fee rises by 10% too, because it is a share of every booking rather than a fixed charge.

Upgrading rarely pays for itself through fees. The lower offline-booking fee on Accelerate saves 15 cents a booking, so it covers the extra $50 a month only above about 334 offline bookings a month; moving on to Expansion needs around 1,000. Upgrade when you need the features — gift cards, extras, automated notifications, the API — not to save on fees.

And past a certain volume, ask about a custom plan. Rezdy's pricing page invites high-volume operators to talk to sales; ask what a custom plan would change, and get any agreed terms in writing.

Contracts, add-ons and payment processing

Rezdy states there is no contract lock-in, and its pricing page lists onboarding and a basic website at no extra cost. Payment processing is separate: Rezdy offers its own gateway, powered by Stripe, and describes its rates as preferential, but the pricing page does not list them. Ask for them in writing, and compare them with your current processor — our payment gateway guide covers what a fair rate looks like.

One classification is worth confirming too. The table separates online bookings from offline and agent bookings, so ask which category bookings arriving through the channel manager from marketplaces fall into. The answer changes the fee on every one of them.

Compared with flat-subscription pricing

Travelity charges a monthly subscription plus 1.9% on online bookings and nothing on bookings taken offline: $39 a month for up to five users, $139 for up to ten, $399 for unlimited. The per-booking difference against Rezdy is 1.1% of the booking value — 66 cents on a $60 booking. The fair comparison depends on team size, because Rezdy includes unlimited users on every plan:

  • Up to five users: Travelity's $39 plan costs less than Rezdy Foundation at every volume.
  • Up to ten users: Rezdy Foundation costs less below about 137 bookings a month; Travelity's $139 plan costs less above that.
  • More than ten users: Rezdy Foundation costs less than Travelity's $399 plan up to about 530 online bookings a month.

Two more factors belong in the comparison. Offline-heavy businesses pay nothing per booking on Travelity and a flat fee on Rezdy. And Rezdy's marketplace of more than 12,000 agents is a genuine strength: if resellers and agents are central to your business, that network may be worth more than any fee difference — our Rezdy alternative guide says so plainly. The pricing comparison gives a formula to run on your own numbers.

Questions to ask before choosing

  • Which currency are my prices in, and is tax added?
  • Are marketplace bookings through the channel manager charged as online or agent bookings?
  • What are the payment processing rates, domestic and international?
  • Which features I need sit on which plan — gift cards, extras and notifications start on Accelerate.
  • If I pass the booking fee on, how is it shown to guests at checkout?
  • At my volume, would a custom plan be cheaper?

Frequently asked questions

How much does Rezdy cost?

Rezdy’s pricing page lists three plans: Foundation at $49 a month, Accelerate at $99 and Expansion at $249, each plus 3% per online booking and a flat fee of $1, $0.85 or $0.70 per offline or agent booking. The page notes prices exclude GST in Australia, so confirm the currency that applies to you when you sign up.

What is Rezdy’s booking fee?

Rezdy’s own pricing page shows 3% per online booking on all three plans, so moving to a higher plan adds features rather than lowering the percentage. Some third-party summaries describe the fee as tiered by plan or as applying only to marketplace bookings; the pricing page, last updated in April 2026, does not.

Does Rezdy charge for offline bookings?

Yes. Rezdy’s pricing page lists a flat fee per offline or agent booking: $1 on Foundation, $0.85 on Accelerate and $0.70 on Expansion. For a business that takes many bookings by phone or in person, those fees are worth adding into any comparison.

Can I pass Rezdy’s booking fee on to customers?

Yes. Rezdy’s pricing page says operators can choose to absorb the online booking fee or pass it on to their guests. Passing it on keeps it off your costs but raises the price guests see at checkout, which is worth weighing against how your price compares with other listings.

Is Rezdy cheaper than a flat-subscription booking system?

It depends on team size and volume. Rezdy includes unlimited users on every plan, so for larger teams at moderate volume it can cost less than subscription plans priced by user count. For smaller teams, or at high online volume, a lower percentage fee usually makes a flat subscription cheaper. Run both on your own booking numbers.

Bottom line

Rezdy's own pricing page is clear: $49, $99 or $249 a month, 3% on every online booking on every plan, and a flat fee of $1 to $0.70 on offline and agent bookings. Higher plans buy features, not a lower rate.

Whether that is good value depends on your team size, how many bookings you take offline, and how much you rely on agents. Confirm the currency, the processing rates and how marketplace bookings are charged — then run the numbers on your own year.
